This site is operated by Frank's Land Report. We keep things simple: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

Purchases. Checkout happens entirely on Gumroad. Gumroad handles your payment details and shares your email with us only so your files can be delivered and so we can answer support questions. We never see your card number.
Free checklist. If you request the free checklist, we collect your email address to send it and occasional updates about new guides. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
Nothing else. This site runs no ad trackers and doesn't collect personal data as you browse. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard technical server logs, as virtually all websites do.
